Ok, this is a complicated review. So, if I’m stacking it up against world wide joints it’s maybe a 7.2 as regularly prepared. If I’m considering we are in the barren Vancouver pizza scene, I need to give it an 8.2. But there’s a way to make it a legitimate 8.6. This place has flavourful dough, great sauce, and uses high quality cheese. Their oven is just designed for neopolitan so you can’t get a crisp. I take the box home and re-bake it at 350f for 10 min, and it’s a high quality classic New York style slice when done
