A little bit of flop, different crust style that isn’t as crisp but still enough crunch for a well done margherita pie. No char, decent colored undercarriage. Excellent flavor, good sauce saves the score. Could be crispier but it’s not that style of pizza.
Plain cheese would get a similar score. Solid cook, a tad greasy but I don’t regret it.
