We got a half Quattro Stagione and half Rustica. It doesn’t get better then than this if you like a thin crust with a full bodied topping. Rustica is with sausage, mushroom, garlic and tomato sauce. Quattro Stagioni Tomato pie is with light mozzarella, chunky tomato, mushroom, prosciutto, artichoke, olives, garlic & extra virgin olive oil. The marriage of both pies is perfection. You can get either of them in traditional of square pies.

Great lil spot in Mo-Ville. Phenomenal crunch to the crust. Good tang to the sauce. And the cheese is the perfect amount. Really solid “Chambersberg Pie”

Square Trenton tomato pie with cheese on the bottom and chunky tomatoes and garlic on top. Thin crust has a nice char to it with the center pieces having flop. Tomatoes have perfect amount of tang. Great pie. 8.6

Thin, crispy, and just delicious! Even my burps taste good! Can’t think of something I’d rather eat... great cheese great sauce great depth. Love it!!!

Right up there with a couple of the DeLorenzo’s locations, better than a couple. My second favorite pizza in the Trenton area. Did I mention Pizza Capital of the World? This is a little different twist on the Trenton tomato pie. Square instead of round and super crispy. Great sauce and perfect amount of cheese. Flavor for days. 9.1

First pie of the day, burn-your-face-off hot right out of the oven. Slight flop, medium grease, light crunch, thin crust. Sauce has a slight acidic bite to it. More cheese to sauce ratio and the distance of crust from edge to sauce/cheese is very small. Solid slice for the area. Would have liked less grease.

Pretty basic regular slice, square slice had the heavy garlic and good crisp 7.2). The regular slice was as 5.2 as a slice can be.

Trash. Crust was tough like a well done steak. Bland flavor. Really disappointing.
