Had to stop in after hearing the hype. Initial reaction: disappointment. Crust wasn’t hand tossed. Way too crispy with little to no floppage. Toppings were average. Sauce was piping hot but mediocre. The cheese is the only reason this pie didn’t score at the low end of the bell curve.
