Lou Eddie’s in Sky Forest – The Slide Peak is basically a meat parade on dough: pepperoni, soppressata, sausage, and smoked bacon all piled on like they’re fighting for dominance. It’s smoky, salty, and one bite away from being classified as a survival ration. Delicious, but heavy enough to make you consider rolling back down the mountain instead of hiking it. Call in advance—this place fills up quick. Solid 7.8/10—worth the climb, but maybe don’t schedule cardio after.
