Good pizza for the area, not going out of your way to come though. Good crust, sauce has good tang

Up at the races in Elkhart Lake, WI and stumbled upon some really fancy pizza. Cracker crust. lot's of char.... For fancy pizza it tastes like a sausage and peppers grinder. I don't know why but I like this.
