Lake View Corner Store & Pizzeria

I get a little discouraged when reviewing a convenience store pizza... The kid asked me if “foil is okay”, that’s a first. No box or container, just foil... They had the door open on the side and I saw a dough mixer, meaning they make their own and that’s a plus. Unfortunately, this pizza needs a lot of help. It was doughy and undercooked with a little crisp in the crust. The heater kept this slice luke warm at best. The sauce is bad, no flavor except the lingering tomato paste that I loathe. The pepperoni is standard and the cheese is basic. The fresh dough saved it from being in the 4’s.
