First off this place was awesome. Ambiance is great for date night. Everything was very good. Everything came out almost immediately which I'm not used to, so it kinda felt rushed. Everyone was super nice and our waiter was a handsome lil bastard. But I'm rating pizza, not the restaurant. I'm not usually a fresh mozzarella glob guy, but this was pretty good. Wood fired pizza with San Marzano tomatoes and man did those tomatoes shine through. Again, the cheese style isn't my favorite but it was still very hot so the cheese didn't just fall off like normal. The crust was very fluffy and light with minimal flop. I'm not a basil kinda guy either, but this worked. Don't get this delivered or to go because it'll be a floppy disaster since it's paper thin. Banger of a pie though, check it out if you have time to sit down.
