Sauce and chesse goes great, crust is not too crunchy which is great, no flop it is iconic maybe could’ve used slightly less sauce but the flavors went extremely well. Lived up to the hype.

Best square ever and most unique. No one makes it like them. Best slice ever !!!!! Cheese sauce and dough is perfection

I'm here at one of the most reviewed and talked about places in all of New York. 1. They have been open since 1939. I have review many places that have lasted 70 plus years. Although they all were good, sometimes they don't always compare with the dough techniques of the more modern spots. 2. I rated them high, mostly on their fabulous thick and flavorful sauce they use. They sprinkle a little parmesan on top, which is usually not a good thing, but it was decent this time. 3. Bonus review that I also had; Regular slice ( good but dough was a bit soggy) 7.4 Spumoni 9.4

You can’t beat the upside down. They invented it and it’s no surprise theirs is the best

Gave it a shot. I’d say it’s pretty good Brooklyn style upside down crust has a little chew. Pretty decent sauce on it and tasty cheese like a Sicilian. Theres still a lot of other squares I’d prefer and I personally think Sicilian slices are better but to each their own

Now typically I’m a thin brick oven guy but you make exceptions for greatness. Nothing beats a Spumoni square the dough is so light I could bitch 6 slices and play 90 right after. As good as it gets over here… minggggg

got that Italian taste, not a lot of sauce while pretty cheesy and oily I like that the place has a dine in area w the restaurant feel while having a causal outside space for pizza
