Langel's Pizza

If you know me, you know I don’t like crumbly sausage on my pizza. It makes it taste like a hamburger casserole and gritty. This is actually what Langel’s is known for. The dough was cooked fine, but the cheese was barely melted. It needed a little crisp. The sauce leans savory and there’s a decent amount. It’s good for serving the bar next door. I can’t complain, but I don’t go out of my way for it.
