Very good Napoli pizza, rich cheese, smooth crunchy but chewy crust with a great sauce, but more sweet than other pizzas. Very difficult to get, either a 1 hour wait for a table (you get a ticket and wait for your number) or wait in the sun to order take out (which will take only 15 minutes) but then find somewhere to eat it.

Easily the best pizza I’ve had in my life, as traditional neapolitan as it gets this is probably the best place in Naples if not all of Italy. If your not getting it at the restaurant your doing it wrong because you need to get it fresh to truly experience how good it is.

The pizza equivalent of James Naismith’s peach baskets. It’s damn good. Best traditional Neopolitan I’ve ever had. The undercooked center of the pie was fantastic. Great sauce as well and costs less than two waters and a Coke. Place has a Michelin star but it’s as old school as it gets.

Arguably the quintessential Neapolitan pizza. Produced in the 'wagon wheel' style. Cheese and sauce were amazing and the base was very light, almost paper thin. The crust was a little on the gummier side compared to others I tried but overall still an amazing pizza.

9.1 for my first couple slices. The flavor is impeccable. Cheese to sauce ratio is perfect. Crust is thin, and not too crisp, but has a nice char. I tried to finish it on my own and just couldn’t. I’d add extra basil next time if they would give any options, but I’m pretty sure they don’t accommodate requests. After a couple slices, the char mixed with the sauce and the smoke became a little much for me, but doesn’t affect my rating.

Best Neapolitan pizza around! Make sure to eat it with a knife and fork. And don’t forget to take a number it will be worth the wait!

Lots of points for their ingredients... process ... their history etc... but not really my style of pizza. Floppy .... not too much zest / flavor in the sauce and the cheese is authentic with a more natural semi gamey aftertaste (could eat a few slices but not a lot) Get there early and dine in. Great experience
