Good slice. Cheese was strong. Maybe a blend with smoked provolone. Certainly over powered the sauce which was tasty but got swallowed up. Crust taste and texture good. Crispy but any reheated slice would be. But the dough has the flavor and texture I'm looking for. Salty and chewy. Not bland, sweet or over oiled. The crust is the star here.

The pizza is pretty good i took off 0.5 points because everything is undercooked. The fries were floppy and coldish couldve the chicken was pale and the cheese wasnt warm. But the overall taste was decent. Most people talk this place up but id rather stop at a few other places in Rome before going back to la romas.

On the thinner side of pizza with a nice crisp to the crust. It’s a bit greasy… overall it’s better than it is worse.
