If you’re looking for straight off the boat pizza from Italy, this is about as close as it gets. They even drizzle olive oil on top to give it some real Italian flavor. The cheese is unique, perfectly melted fresh mozzarella but could use a little more. The most disappointing aspect of the pie is the sauce. It’s light and spread nicely but is really lacking in zest. It’s like Sunday gravy without the spices. I was also disappointed by the lack of crispness. I fully expected great crisp with each bite. With a little garlic powder and a little more time in the oven, this pizza shoots into the 8s. But as is, it’s just a notch above a 7.

Awesome Pizza! Outstanding crust. Light and crispy. Perfect sauce to cheese ratio. Fresh ingredients. Trip worthy 🍕. It's like a hybrid between a margherita and New York style pizza.

Very good. Nice crisp. Sauce is fresh. Cheese taste very good. Crust is good. Round rookie number but it nails me as a solid 8.

It’s a really unique slice. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and homemade. I think a touch of salt would make it even better

Definitely a good slice, but left a little to be desired so I couldn’t put it in the 8’s. Crust is thin and crispy, sauce and cheese are definitely good quality ingredients, just lacking some seasoning. Specialty slices looked like they’re worth trying. I’ll be back.

Awesome slice! Slice held together even with mushrooms on it. Crispy and tasty. Definitely not over seasoned and the fresh sauce really lights it up. And those mushrooms are fresh. Spoke to the Italian guy who was kind of to explain his pizzas. Definitely a great Italian slice. I like hot pepper so I spiked it up a few notches with red pepper flakes. Solid slice

Good taste, really like the crust. Would’ve been higher but the cheese slides off too easily
