Pretty good undercarriage with nice blistering. It’s dense and overworked and bland. It also gets doughier as you get to the crust.
Mozzarella:
Low to medium low quality, very oily with moderate salinity and chew.
Summary:
This is not a true pizza joint and it shows. They also sell Spanish food. There is something missing in every bite. Either too much sauce, too much bread or not enough salt. With a little tweaking this can be a mid 7’s slice.
