I used to travel all over. To find a decent pie in the south is hard. This owner Teddy brought NY pie to Alabama.

Doughy crust. Tangy sauce. Good amount of cheese. Heavy flop. Decent pie that does the job. The real winner here is the atmosphere. Old school 50’s-style ice cream parlor / soda fountain feel. Bring your girl here and grab a scoop for desert. Call first though. Irregular hours.

Good crust, a little too thin in the center, but great crispness. The sauce has a good savory flavor, just a little thin, but flavorful. Finally, the cheese is very good, not too salty, melts great without falling apart. A good pie for the area!!
