Laudano's Apizza

Let me start by saying i love the family. So warm and welcoming. We had a good laugh in there. Next best thing is the crust. So different than any place around. Very chewey almost fights back and lots of cornmeal under. Crispy only at the edges but again very chewey, and interesting. Here is where we lose points a little. Very light on the sauce almost to the point of being nonexistent and what i could taste didnt have a very big flavor. The cheese, same mistake I see more often than not, too much cheese. What ever kind they do use has a toughness to it. And towards the middle it all stayed together pulling off each slice. So each slice has half cheese and it still too much. 7.1 still a good interesting pizza. The crust and family atmosphere saved the day.
