Upside down pizza, a lot of upside down pizza in central ny, lots of tomato pie also in this area and it has that type of dough, light and airy with a little bit of crisp, the slice was good but the cheese lacks quality but the sauce is good, was just looking for a little more

I'm not one to put my sauce on top, but the sauce is the best part of this pie so I can forgive it. The crust is ok, a little too deep and more bready than chewy.

I might be a little biased but this is what I grew up on, some of the best upside down pizza on earth, must be eaten right away it’s not the same when it gets cold, also 2 slices and a beer for 5 bucks!
