Great flavor, good crunch.. nice under A little flop but I get extra sauce and toppings.. solid Pizza best in NewPort Beach old school great place!

This place holds some nostalgia for me. My rating reflects that. I had randomly come across this spot in high school after a day at the beach. Straight from the window, it was hot and delicious. Cheese and sauce are great. There's some flop.

Really good bar pie. Not my favorite style but my favorite version of this style for sure that I’ve found.

🍕OK so how about a 6.0 This pizza was super disappointing! "one bite everyone knows the rules" Right out of the box the pizza was a floppy mess. The cheese was good but the sauce and the crust was horrible. I ordered two slices and didn't even finish my first slice. This place is really busy late at night when the bars are busy. Some might say that when your drinking everything taste good!! 🍕OK so how about a 6.0 This pizza was super disappointing!

Honestly really disappointed… not cooked enough and tasted like cheap dough. Much better options in the area. No crisp and very basic.

This pizza was kind of meh...the crust is kinda tasteless... sauce didn't stand out and the cheese was low quality too... pepperoni was greasy... I should have just ordered dominos

The place has been around forever and has a decent local following. If you live in Newport you know Laventina’s. It’s good stumble home from the bar pizza, something to pick up at 2am. The crust is very thin and has a lot of flop. We asked for onions on top, each slice had its own onion, so many onions. Cheese was thick but with the ultra thin crust it came off as you pulled the slices apart. Prices are decent.

Good pizza! Wish it was a little crispier and a little less greasy.

Good amount of cheese and sauce is good. Just wish the crust was more thin. Overall this pizza is good for any party or if you want something decent late at night

Remarkably basic. There is nothing original about this. You could find this pizza any where at anytime.

The pizza is never too greasy. The crust keeps its form and the topping are always great! The sauce and cheese have great flavor as well!
