The cheese flavor is immaculate undercarriage is crisp. With it being on the heavy side it has flop. Good crust overall 8.1.

No flop whatsoever, and no cheese running away. This was a solid, well built slice. The sauce was more mild and the crust was just crispy enough. A nice family owned spot that you should check out!
