Lazzara's Pizza

Crispy thin edge crust but soft and doughy in the middle. Very tasty. Some people mind find it too tasty with the sweet sauce, pecorino Romano cheese and salt. I enjoyed it.

Was visiting New York from Australia, made sure we found our way to Lazzara’s after seeing Dave’s review. The whole experience was amazing, from entering the restaurant to eating it on the street. Felt very New York. The pizza was like nothing I’ve experienced before, we don’t have anything like this in Australia! The hype is real 👊

Best pizza in NYC

Some of the best pizza I’ve had, crunch is good, sauce is different, good different. They only serve half pies no slices, but who couldn’t eat a half a pie of great pizza!?.. not this guy!

I was pleasantly surprised with this pizza. The sauce was delicious, great crisp. Among all of the pizza in NYC this place definitely stands out.

I don’t get the hype. Great pizza. Not my style though. Super cool digs though. Take your friends here. You’ll impress them.

It was a very good pizza but definitely not a 9 and overpriced especially because of the size of the pie.

All the veggies were fantastic. And the sauce was great. But the crust and grease just weren’t on par with the rest of the pie. Crust just wasn’t flavorful and the pizza flopped a lot. Now the Pasta? That’s the hit at this place. Highly recommend any of their Pastas. Pizza was a good side dish.

too thin for me but their sauce can’t be topped, there’s just about the perfect amount of cheese and it all melts in your mouth. it makes all around for a delicious pizza

Awesome pizza. Even better Tiramisu.

Inspirational pizza. Sauce is sweet. If you don’t like sweet sauce, forget about it.
