Not Neapolitan style as advertised, flop city

The sauce makes it all. Thin crust, good undercarriage, but the tang/spice on this sauce is to die for. 8.2. All day. It’s got pepperoni on it idc get at me.

House made sauce, house made mozzarella and ricotta. Wood fired oven. You can’t go wrong. Lots of flop, but damn it’s good.

Dough is ON POINT! Great yeasty flavor. It’s Neapolitan style so definitely more of a date pizza. They cook it a little more than the traditional Neapolitan, so it has a decent crisp to it, a solid under carriage, and not wet or floppy. Sauce has flavor, and the cheese is good not great, but that dough shines through. Solid pie and well worth the visit if you’re in the area. Waitress had a lot of tattoos and was hot so that counts for something also. 7.9 that’s a review.

Had the Quattro formagi, added a lil pepperoni (very fresh) incredible crush, pesto is spot on, overall 9/10 would recommend.

I would love to rate the pizza. I know my rating is not fair but, that’s life. Unfortunately, this is my story- Upon my arrival, I didn’t get to speak to the host for 20 minutes. It was like if I don’t look at you then you don’t exist. I’m ok with waiting but, throw me a bone, a little chit chat; like thanks for coming in, I’ll be right there, we’re really busy tonight thanks for your patience, or at the very least, hello. Eventually, I saw the host who was pleasant but clearly overwhelmed. He was serving, seating, and busting. I was given a wait time but opted to leave after another 20 minutes when I saw that the customers who were seated when I first arrived hadn’t even met with a server to put their order in. This pizza could be great but, I have to say there was something seriously wrong with the customer service; understaffed, overwhelmed, unacceptable. To the owners, I say good luck. I’m sure you’ll be fine, there are a number of other restaurants in the area that operate the same way. I’m game to change my score but it’s going to take some time to swallow this huge flop, no crisp!
