Leaning Tower of Pizza

Beautiful

Nothing spectacular, nothing terrible. Simply meh. Floppy with no crisp.

Had similar vibes to pizzas we’d make at home growing up. Not necessarily a bad thing, actually kinda nostalgic tasting, but can’t say that’s exactly what I’m looking for in a takeaway pizza. Pretty low quality pepperoni, cheese tasted like Kraft, and the crust was a little under. Props though for toppings to the edge, a respectable cheese to sauce ratio, and the dash of Italian herbs on top added a real nice flavor.

Sauce was fresh tasting. The rest was a dominos-DiGiorno hybrid

This pizza had a nostalgic vibe for me. I appreciated the topping ratio and the sauce had a good depth.

Good structure, dough could be cooked more, sauce needs more presence, cheese is nice though

One of my favorites in MPLS right now! The crust is really tasty and the sauce has a nice zest to it. Only issue for me is the cheese gets a little dense which separates the cheese/toppings from the crust/sauce a bit. Still really enjoy it and say it’s for sure the best in Uptown.
