A faithful replica of my favorite style of pizza, Chicago stuffed deep dish. Sauce was interesting, maybe could use some more kick to it

This pizza is legit af

7.3 on the Chicago pizza scale. Love the chunky sauce, it’s really what makes the pie. A little heavy for my tastes, I was totally full after 2 slices, but great structure for a Chicago pie. The crust was a little on the hard side, or else I could see it being a 7.5

Not as deep as the normal Chicago cakes, damn good slices.

Cheese Please! Added Ricotta but really one slice is a full meal. I am a big fan of thin and crispy crust but something has to be said about deep dish! I have not been to Chicago so not sure if this holds up to some of the big ones but I liked it!

The dough was ok, a little under done. Cheese could’ve been a little more melted. The sauce was good, heavy oregano, and the meatballs were fantástico !

great chicago style

Been eating here for years, very good deep dish pizza. Sauce is fresh, crust is flaky and has good crisp. Solid pizza.

Only rating a standard cheese slice- good sauce and crunch. Leaves more to be desired

By the slice is not as good as a whole pie.
