Alright for a little spot up in the mountains. Not too cheesy or doughy. Totally fine if you’re stuck in Silt. Passing through? You’re probably better off waiting for Grand Junction or Glenwood Springs

Got the gold medal cheese. Very good. A bit greasy but the flavor was there. LOTS of cheese.
