Thickness - Not too thin not too thick Crispy - The crust and the undercarriage made for a good crunch! Flop - A little run off up top, but held together pretty well Cheese and Oil Level - Dripping with oil and cheese, just the way I like It Sauce (Sweet or Tangy) - Even combo If not sweet and tangy. Tasty but not overly seasoned or powerful Would I Come Back? - Absolutly I would go back. I lived around the area for a year back in the day and stopped in often. Old school little pizzaria with the old school red booths. A dying breed
