Great New York style pizza. Good undercarriage.

Not bad for a premade reheated slice. Good NY style crust with a little char. Peppronas and cheese were good. Sauce on the sweet side. Overall..foldable and solid

Slice- crispy, good undercarriage, very little flop. Cheese is tough. W would have like half the cheese and 2x the sauce. Could have been a solid 7+ Jersey pie

The Sicilian slice was closer to 7.3 but the cheese slice was a 6.7.
