Pizza Review
Ok for starters, they got some fake New York vibes in here. Too many pictures of the Empire State Building and the people were too friendly. The crust to pie ratio was just right. Although the pie at some points did blend in with the crust. That’s ok, these guys ain’t painting art, they’re making pizza. Sometimes the cheese and sauce will land on the crust part of the dough, it happens. Either way, the crust was good. Had good texture, not too doughy and not too crunchy or airy. Maybe a little too airy and had a slight stale texture but nothing crazy. They had that residual flour I like. No big deal. They use that garlic Domino’s spread on their crust so that always makes me lose trust in the guys because it makes it seem like they’re trying to hide something. The cheese to sauce ratio was just slightly too much cheese. I prefer 50/50 to 40/60 cheese to sauce. This was maybe 55/45 so they were close. Cheese was nothing special and sauce was nothing special either. It was there. Overall, I would come here again. They did have something here I’ve never seen before, Spumoni Cheesecake. Very interesting but unfortunately, it was nothing special. It’s worth a try though.
