Great local spot. Ingredients are very fresh. Crust is very very tasty with lots of flop, would prefer a bit more crisp on undercarriage. Quite a bit of cheese in a good way. Slightly more grease than I want, keeping it out of the high 7's. Owner is very friendly, workers are on the ball. Can't wait to go back. Would like to have local beer on tap.
