LI Bros Stone Oven Pizza

Decent. Upper level fast food pizza quality. Cheese was good. Crust was dry and heavy.

Quick disclaimer I had the one in the Cape so it might be different but here we go. First off the slice was massive so of course there was hella flop but I feel like it would’ve been floppy regardless if it was a normal size. Pizza was way too greasy and oily. Too much crisp honestly and the crust was not edible. Too thin for my liking too. Cheese wasn’t bad tho.

Needs more flavor and salt in the crust. The sauce was light, needs more and needs more flavor. The cheese was nothing special; needs some more cheese and better quality cheese. Has some flop and needs to be thinner and crispier. Difficult to eat the crust, as it is a little dry and needs more flavor. Other pies are better here.

Sauce is underwhelming…needs to be sweeter. Crunch good. Huge slices so that’s good.

For me it's just perfect. Both kinds.

Average pie, great crisp, however, sauce tasted like strong marinara and not at all like it should be on a pizza. The cheese and crust had no flavor other than the garlic butter rubbed all over it. Might order if I was in the area, but I wouldn’t drive from home for it.

I had high hopes for a pizza place representing Long Island New York . The pizza was undercooked and floppy. When you pick it up all the cheese fell off. This is a hard pass from a place I had high hopes for

Good pizza . nice and crispy. great crust . sauce needed a bit more flavor. That would have put it in the 8s

Good solid pizza but the sauce was missing something. Can’t figure out what though. I’d come back again but wouldn’t travel out of my way for it.

Good sauce and solid crust. Meant to get a cheese slice but they stop selling slices at 4PM, their loss. Would have been higher score.
