Libretto's Pizzeria

One bite, everyone knows the rules. Good basic pizza. Good sauce. A little heavy on the grease. I’ll be back, but will not seek it out.

Sweeter sauce. Sadly as someone from up north this is as close to decent pizza as you will find in Charlotte. It isn’t close to New Haven CT pizza that is for sure (but nothing is)

About as bad as pizza can get without something being wrong with it. So bland, basically no taste. Other reviews look like they got better quality slices than this

Obviously 1 bite everybody knows the rules. Librettos/Papi Rossi. Late night drunks slice. Pretty good won't disappoint. Cheesey. A little crispy. it's good nothing spectacular

Had a Sicilian slice and a regular. Great crunch, no flop, not to thick on the crust but not too thin either. Good sauce and good sauce/cheese ration. High score!

Alright Frankie we got Librettos and this slice is from the food truck, the standout on this pizza as usual is the crispy crust, it’s boardwalk pizza Frankie, there’s no crust like this in the Carolina area, we got a bubble here which is good because it decreased the oil build up, it’s really good close to great but falls a little short, it’s a 7.9 good score, fair score

Great crust, I get a fresh made slice is. 8.5
