Not bad. Good cheese. Crust needs more crunch

The best in Charlotte!!!!

Under carriage was cooked well, cheese had good flavor and texture, sauce was OK, dough was dense (overkneaded maybe). My jaw was sore after eating a few slices! Asked for well done but this was undercooked for my preference. Overall, a pretty decent pie but has some room for improvement.

Food was never delivered. Called three times to check on an order I placed at 4pm for delivery of 7pm. Food was a no show. Final phone call at 8pm resulted in Libretto’s rep. insisting it was Door Dash’s fault and not accommodating or trying to solve the issue. And I was really excited to try their food 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

The crisp was missing but had great flavor

I moved down from NJ a couple years ago. I am so glad I found this place. Their pizza is the closest to taste of home I have found down this way!

Probably one of the better ones we have had in Charlotte.

Their best 7.4. Their worst like tonight 5.9. Always order well done or it will be doughy and never ask for the pizza cooked more after it comes out of the oven. They take a spray can of some imitation oil and coat a metal pan, then put your fresh pizza on top of it and put it back in the oven. Their claim is it makes the bottom crispy. It doesn’t make it crispy it makes it taste recooked and stale. 2 out of 5 pies are worth eating.

This crust pizza with a good crisp but the sauce is the downfall of this pizza. I’d certainly look elsewhere for pizza rather than coming here again. The meatballs are commonly purchased At restaurant depot.

Very little flop, not too greasy, thin and crispy, not too much cheese, moderate sauce tang. One of the better pizza establishments in Charlotte.

Solid slice. Little flop, not too greasy. They run a special on Monday’s for a large pie and knots for about $12.

Good sauce to cheese ratio. Crust could be a little more crispy towards the bottom. Not overly greasy.

Great crunch, good sayce

The pizza was good not great. I had a traditional slice with Hamburger and pepperoni and a Sicilian slice with pepperoni. The Sicilian was the better of the 2.

Decent pizza. Soft and greasy and doesn’t reheat well at all. There is better pizza in Charlotte but I’m not turning down Librettos.

I love Sicilian and this is the best in town. Yes, those are garlic knots on top...

Redemption score. Not under cooked like last time, but it still missing the flavor in the sauce.

Not a bad slice by any means. Crust, cheese and flop all round out to feel a bit store-bought but ultimately perform well enough for corporate team building lunches. 👌
