Nice, crisp undercarriage with really good sauce.

Went with the Genoa today. Classic Italian style pizza cooked in the brick oven. Light undercarriage but crust is crispy nonetheless. Not too much sauce and a great blend of salami and caramelized onions

Had high expectations from the outside. Cool market. But for coal fired this was just way too floppy and not cut well, causing a big mess trying to get a slice. Taste was ok. I shouldn’t have ordered the Margarita, tomato slices were too big and thick and didn’t help the lack of crisp on the pie. Undercarriage had good char taste.

Very thin but good flavor

Delicious pie! Had to go with the Marghe”Rita”. A little floppy, could’ve used more crisp but the flavors were great.

Thin, light and airy crust. Nice flavor on sauce and cheese. Very floppy. No crisp. Above average cheese pie. Little overpriced. Great looking Italian Market.

The score would be in the 7’s if it was cooked longer. The tastes were good but it was too floppy and soft.

I really like the coal fired pizza. Cheese and toppings are always good but it can tend to be really floppy the few times I’ve been here

Decent slice. Good pepperoni. Very floppy. Crust is average and the sauce has a little too much tang.

Fresh out of the brick oven with the perfect crispness. Not too heavy, but substantial. House made sauce was sweet, could have used a bit more. Solid pie.
