Nice size for a bar pie, super thin with unbelievable crisp and crunch in the crust. This is the best bar pie crust I’ve ever had, perfect combination of crispy & tasty. There’s a little extra flour on the dough but that’s just to keep the pie from getting soggy. The sauce is dynamite, tremendous zip & zing, the perfect amount. The cheese is well done, sharp & tight, like all good bar pies should be. Overall, everything works really well together to please the taste buds. This pizza can hang with all the best bar pies in NJ: Federici’s, Star Tavern & Nancy’s Towne House. Truly a pleasant surprise and well worth a trip if you’re a fan of really good bar pies.
