Lillo's Tomato Pies

Good fuckin pie.

The thin and crispy crust reminds me of the pizza in my hometown, and the sauce isn’t too far behind. Super tasty, super crispy. And what makes it even better are how nice the folks are inside. This will be our only pizza place…so happy it’s in the neighborhood. We just moved from California so having something this good this close is a very pleasant surprise.

Good taste. First pice was kinds floppy as pictured. Second piece basically folded in half. The sauce was pretty solid, but it was a little soggy and greasy in my unprofessional opinion. Awesome mom and pop shop and a good atmosphere!

Nice thin crust. Unique tomato sauce. Very light tasting. Not heavy. Worth stopping if you are in the area.

You know the pizza is good when the reheated slices taste fresh out of the oven. This is tomato pie style - sauce is very tasty and offers a sweet flavor. Slices are firm with no flop. Good blend of mozzarella and tomato. Arguably the best South Jersey has to offer in terms of pizza.

First time being here and I loved it. Nice little shop with family running the joint. I had the classic tomato pie and the Sicilian, here’s my review. Tomato slice 🍕8.1 - The under carriage was great, it was crisp - The sauce was fresh, slightly sweet and simple with a clean tomato flavor - The crust was amazing, light with a loud and powerful crunch - Lastly, the cheese was just great. Simple as that Sicilian 🍕 8.4 *Always loved the classic slice, but I think these guys converted me, only complaint I have is that I had to share* - The under carriage was beautiful, it resembled the beautiful marbling from a wagyu steak - Sauce, fresh and delicious with oregano - Crust, oh my goodness crisp with a satisfying bite - Cheese was amazing. Definitely loved it

We were in town and HAD to stop in! Crust: amazing crisp, sauce: great tomato flavor, cheese: right on point! Zero flop. Awesome pie! Also, the cheesesteak is out of this world! 👊

Definitely worth stopping. No flop- and has a crisp without it being burnt. Really good. Bonus points for the staff being as polite and kind as they are.

Portnoy was spot on. I grabbed 2 slices for a drive down to the shore. It was pretty busy, but quality was so fresh!

All hype aside this is one of the best slices of pizza I’ve ever had and I have about 200 reviews from all over the country. This sauce is easily the stand out here. It is absolutely amazing. Pizza was thin and still crispy. dough was amazing. This is legit the perfect slice of pizza.

Got the mustard pie and tomato pie. Mustard pie was better in my opinion. Tomato pie was great. Mustard pie was just better. Can’t go wrong with either one
