Pizza Review
This the old Nicky D's Wood Fired Pizza. I swear the old place was a front of some kind because it was open for years but never that busy. Good place for quick greasy slice and a cannoli. It has a new name now but it’s basically the same pie. Sauce has a little more tang to it and the cheese seems slightly less greasy, but it’s the same pie. This is a thin-thin pizza. It’s gonna flop. The crust could have more crunch, it’s pretty chewy. It’d go up half a point if it had decent counter-flop crunch. Is this gonna be the pie I tell my grandkids about? No, but if you’re hungry and in a pinch, it’ll get the job done.
