L’industrie Pizzeria - Little Italy

It’s a great slice, but less substantial than I would have liked. I had a Margherita and a Spicy Salami… It’s so thin and light on the sauce and cheese that you kind of feel cheated. But what is there is very good.

Standard gluten crust review. This is quality pizza. The crust had great flavor and was cooked to perfection. The sauce was fresh and the toppings were fantastic. Fresh basil to top it off.

This was a solid pizza. Very good flavor and balance between cheese and sauce. Minimal flop, plus the crust was crunchy and soft.
