Best part of the pizza was the flavor of the dough and some crunch on the crust. But it was greasy slice with a lot of flop. Sauce had very little flavor.

I would drive a little ways for this pizza. Maybe 20 minutes. Ordered this ahead of time and arrived anywhere from 5-10 minutes after it was done. Not the freshest, but that’s my fault. Good undercarriage but a lot of flop. Nice crisp on the crust. Sauce was okay. The cheese was pretty decent — had some good seasoning on the cheese but it wasn’t 100% melted. I would try it again straight out of the oven just see if there was a difference in piping hot and 5-10 holding. Overall, very solid pizza.

solid undercarriage, good crust, lots a pepperoni. although it’s really greasy, flop wasn’t anything to brag about, uneven distribution of pepperoni.

New York Slice, very little grease

My new favorite pizza of VB. Great undercarriage, almost no flop. Just a tad on the greasy side, but overall, a spectacular slice.

Not amazing but not bad. Just okay.

In my opinion, it’s the best pizza in the Hampton Roads area. Consistently good. The pasta is fantastic. The lamb and chicken dishes are great. Everything I’ve ever ordered has been solid.
