Better than anything in Houston. Not sure how it sizes up to the Memphis pizza scene, but it def blew my dick off

Cool place inside a brewery. Pizza is supposed to be “New Haven” style. Great crisp crust and I liked the cup of the pepperoni. There seemed to be an oil on it then threw me off a bit, but definitely a pizza to grab if in Memphis.

Amazing crisp. Zero flop. Great cheese. Great sauce. Great crust. The Parmesan on top made it a little saltier than I would’ve preferred, but I would still travel to get this pizza.
