Good undercarriage and not much flop even with pepperoni. Table 55 offers a bit of heat with the pepper flakes so be ready. Overall a really strong pizza and it comes recommended in the area. 8.0

Way better than expected given just an add on to the brewery. Crisp bottom. Great taste. Best in Memphis for sure.

Cool place inside a brewery. Pizza is supposed to be “New Haven” style. Great crisp crust and I liked the cup of the pepperoni. There seemed to be an oil on it then threw me off a bit, but definitely a pizza to grab if in Memphis.

Crust was amazing, sauce was tasty, toppings were very generous.

Amazing crisp. Zero flop. Great cheese. Great sauce. Great crust. The Parmesan on top made it a little saltier than I would’ve preferred, but I would still travel to get this pizza.
