Little Charlie’s Pizza

Grew up in NYC and have missed this style of pizza. I my opinion, this is the best pizza in Elizabethtown. Definitely in the low 7 range. Good crisp, little flop, and cheesy. I would have given it a higher score if the sauce were more distinctive. Overall, a 7.0, and that’s a review!

Overall appearance looked great but little to no Sauce. The dough had no flavor at all. Really disappointed for the money we paid for it. Ordered the loaded garlic knots which the bread also had no flavor.

Best pizza in the area by a mile. Fresh ingredients nice crisp.

Worst pizza I’ve had in quite some time. Could be a bad slice, but no one in my family gave it better than a 6.0, and we all had different slices. Tons of flop, cheese had little to no flavor, and the sauce wasn’t anything to write home about. The only highlight was the regular garlic knots, and the crust of the pizza was pretty decent. Oh, and the Pepsi was excellent. I’m not sure how this place had an 8.3. Maybe their whole pies are better? We drove well out of the way to eat here, but I wouldn’t eat here again if we lived in that town. Hopefully they get better quality control. My wife’s and son’s slices had much less flop than mine (mine didn’t even seem cooked all the way through), but both of them agreed that the pizza was as bland as the customer service. Wishing them the very best. Giving an even 6.0 bc I’d feel bad going any lower.

The margherita is fantastic

Good dough. Could have been cooked just a bit longer. Pepperoni and mushrooms had good taste. Overall good pizza and friendly customer service

I kinda feel bad that I’m leaving the lowest score thus far because i actually really liked it. Especially since this is the first joint I’ve tried in my new place of residence I’m over the moon that i didn’t have to try a bunch of shit before i found a place i am not embarrassed to recommend and put name on it. Good staff, good food, I’ll be back!

Opted for the Sicilian tonight. Linebacker pizza, light on its feet. The sauce could use a bit more flavor, but I'll definitely be back when I want pizza in Etown. Looking forward to trying the NY style. Solid overall pie.

The Sicilian was great. Light and airy. Also had a cheese slice and the brisket pizza slice.
