This made me happy... wildfired, thin crispy base with a crust that was light and fluffy on the inside and crunchy outside. The chili oil on the side really knocked the socks off

Excellent Italian woodfire. Order the Napoletana. Great undercarriage, very little flop but still doughy and delicious. Also very light and clean.
