Little Italy Pizza left much to be desired, falling short in several key aspects. The sauce leaned heavily on the tangy side and was overly sweet, creating an unbalanced flavor that lacked depth. The crust was deceiving - while it initially appeared airy and promising, it was far from it, proving to be somewhat doughy and underwhelming. Despite the undercarriage having no flop, which gave the impression of a properly cooked pizza, it oddly tasted a bit raw, detracting from the overall experience. The cheese, though evenly spread, was sparse and had a slightly rubbery texture, failing to contribute much to the flavor. The pizza as a whole felt flat, lacking the complexity and seasoning that make a pie memorable.
