Double Cheese, Half Sausage. Very solid pie.

Good cheese. Sauce needs a tad more flavor. Crust is good.

16” Thin crust half cheese half pepperoni. Nothing special done to it. Overall, flavor was good and it was a good pizza pie. Standard cheese and good sauce. Too much cheese for me and not cooked long enough for a standard cook. Bit too much “flop.” Also, didn’t love the cheese covering the crust. I’d recommend to a friend.

Hidden gem located in the Northwest Burbs. Classic Chicago style square cut thin crust. This pie holds its own as a solid 8 club member.Light Crispy crust with corn meal underside, perfect sauce great cheese. Fantastic pizza. Definitely rivals the legendary JJ Twigs. Worth every penny.
