Little Nicky's New York Pizza

Good undercarriage. Crust looked good, but was surprised with no crunch. Liked the sauce and cheese. Top 5 in Knoxville in my opinion.

New York Style. Nice lil crunch. Not bad ingredients. Nice local Italian place.

Good looking pie. Decent fwop. Fresh ingredients and homemade crust. Would be a much higher score but the dough tastes yeasty to me. The owner is super nice, too.

I am a tough scorer. My first bite was s top shelf +7. The crust is perfect. I want so much to score this over 7 but the sauce isn’t tangy and the cheese was kind of bland. Now this still gets a quality choice score. You will not be cheated here. It’s all personal taste after the crust, which did I mention was PERFECT!!!! Cooked in a real pizza oven and had a consistent thickness.
