Pretty good overall, I like how it’s cooked and has good flavor, not overly saucy. not a fan of the crust.

The best pizza in Connecticut. The cheese, the sauce, the crust are incredibly consistent and are “just right.” The staff and ownership of LR is passed down through years of apprenticeship and the product is a clear result. Go for the classic cheese pie!

Wowie was this good. Insane crisp and no flop, great crust, and good sauce. Instantly a top 3 on UCL22’s all time list. Worth the ride 100%.

Everything about this place is incredible! As soon as I stepped out of the truck, I was blasted with beautiful scent of pizza! This place is super old school! You walk in and see the sit down area, and have to continue down a little hallway to get to the ordering counter, every step of the way you’re getting continuously blasted with delicious smells. The people working were fantastic and clearly love what they do. Now the pizza…..FANTASTIC! This might be the best crust I’ve ever had! Every bite was crispy, with zero flop. The sauce, clearly homemade, was bursting with flavor and was present in every bite. I loved how the natural flavor of the tomato really came through. The cheese was phenomenal, incredibly creamy, perfect amount of stretch and also full of flavor. This was easily one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had and continues to show why CT has the best pizza in the country. Go here, try it and you won’t be disappointed!

Not bad.

We had the large cheese and house small (peppers, sausage and mushroom). Very flavorful cheese where you get all the flavors of each ingredient. One bite of the special took us back to Franklin Ave in Hartfords Italian fest. Could not stop eating both!!! Thank God it’s only 20 min away from me as it beats out Pepe’s IMO. Have not had Sally’s yet as I refuse to wait in line !!! Call ahead here and plan!!! We called Saturday around 1:00pm and had a 35 minute wait and were able to eat inside!!

Best pizza I have ever had. blows any New Haven slice out of the water. Great guys inside, old oven. They say it is the oldest in America. Well done pie, crunchy throughout. Firm crust. Cannot think of a better slice. 9.5. blew my dick off

Easy top 3 pizza spot in CT. The Little Rendezvous has a unique and outstanding taste. Super crispy crust cooked to a perfect, amazing sauce, and the perfect amount of cheese. The owner truly puts his heart and soul into each pie he makes, and it is worth the long wait. Gives New Haven a run for their money.
