Best slice on Long Island and the cold cheese makes it even better

The cold cheese slice is what they’re known for so that’s what’s getting reviewed here. For those who don’t know, that’s a regular hot plain slice with cold shredded mozzarella cheese added on top. Incredibly unique experience of hot and cold simultaneously and I really enjoyed it. Most of the points I’m giving are for the innovation. Obviously it’s the cold mozzarella that takes the lead when you do a slice like this, but from what I could tell, the sauce was robust and the crust was quite good. It’s more a feel experience than a taste one but that doesn’t mean I’m not looking forward to having it again. I absolutely am.

You have this slice after seven vodka Red Bulls to the dome piece after a night out at rust and gold. Definitely drunk pizza. FYI- if u get the cold cheese just remember that came from the great city of Oneonta. Go red dragons

It’s so disappointing considering how good Little Vincent’s of Ronkonkoma is. This pie was just a floppy mess and a shell of the original spot. The Ronkonkoma place is probably easily in the 8s.

Good crust the cold cheese is different

One Bite. Everybody Knows the Rules. Flop on this pizza was ridiculous. Way too much cheese and not enough sauce. Tons of oregano. Very thin crust made this pizza not good at all. Place is also cash only. One good thing about it was that it was open late after a concert nearby. Only reason I see good reviews on here has to be from bar hoppers going here after a night of drinking. Oh pizza was greasy as well. Skip dis joint. Udaman Frankie.

The fresh mozzarella is a game changer

It’s not one of my favorite places but I like how crunchy and crispy the crust is. The cold cheese on top is a fun twist, but it also falls everywhere!

Don’t let the oil fool you, this slice was legit. Also, don’t judge a location by its cover. The place looks like it’s been transported from the 80’s. Old school pizza joint with tables that are attached to each other. Cash only!! The slice was wet with oil, that was the only negative, so prepare your napkins. The slice is VERY tasty with just the right amount of oregano. Crispy under carriage and the crust was on point. Place had non stop foot traffic. Enjoy!!!

Little Vincent…i expected so much more. But you were there when I needed you. Give me more cheese.

Brings back the fuzzy memories of my high school days of drunked village nights almost 2 decades ago (holy shit im old). 1 bite into the cold cheese slice, and im in my happy place. Not the best pizza in the world, but holds a place in my heart. Anytime im in the area i gotta stop in

Dave is usually on point with his ratings but think he was a little off on this one tried the cold cheese and regular great under carriage slightly oil good taste slice a little small, but overall, I thought it was better than what Dave rated it

Had to try both. Honestly better without the extra cheese. Solid crisp but a little floppy. Sauce not quite enough. Better than Portnoy gave credit but nothing out of this world

Hanging with the boys on a boys trip to Long Island. Shit slapped. Sure, it’s “gimicky”, but I’m here for this shit everyday of the week.
