Loafin Joe’s Food Truck

Out of town, craving some dough for the trip home and this was on the way.... or so I thought. I ordered from the Rogers location per the website, only to pull up and hear they moved 20 min away. Unfair score because the pizza was tepid, fair because it was their fault. As for the pizza, I could tell that it would have been crisp. Not too heavy on the toppings, allowing the pizza to carry the taste. They cut it like cheese bread, what’s up with that? Probably a 7.2-7.3 pizza, but they did me so I have to do them. Put an asterisk on this one.
