Local Myth Pizza

This was crunchy, crispy, charred bottom, firm edges and cooked to perfection. High quality ingredients which made this pie flavorful in its own right. The cheese was consistent throughout and pie was thin, just the way I like it. The sauce was lacking the tang and flavor you desire out of a good pie, but the zah was perfect in every other way. Best pie in Chelan!
