Cool ambience, cool oven, somewhat odd pizza. A lot of sour tomato sauce, a sour burnt crust, and a strange musk flavor that could be a truffle oil? Anyhow, people seem to like it here.

Dough is good: flavorful and charred. It is not a crispy thin crust: it tastes like an authentic Neapolitan crust. Sauce and s vibrant with quality basil. A very good pizza.

This is fancy pants Neapolitan style pizza. Great ingredients that really taste great. I’m not a big fan of Neapolitan pizza but this is really great quality. Sauce was very tasty and the moz was really great. 7.8 that’s a review.
