Log Tavern Pizza

Halfway to our Memorial Day Vacation in the UP of Michigan we stop at this place in beautiful Lodi. Well done tavern thin. Good solid pizza. Really like the cheese blend. Wish I could score this higher but I could tell this pizza was sitting in the box for 10 or more minutes and quality took a little hit. Still a good pizza to make the second half to our vacation destination.

Excellent. Nice thin crust with a solid crisp to it that leaves out the burn most other stains on the wall go for to add “flavor”. Great sauce. Just a little heavy on the toppings that the center was under baked compared to the outside of the za. Great pizza though. The wait however for how slow it was is inexcusable.

Great pizza! Crust is flaky yet crispy and sauce is very good. Impressed.
